We strive to meet superior expectations of customer service for every purchase from the time of the order to receiving the item.
* PROCESSING TIME *
Live Sales - 3-5 business days after sale and invoice has been paid.
Suncatchers and other decor - if in stock 1-2 business days; 7-14 business days when not in stock.
* SHIPPING *
We ship directly with UPS or USPS based on weight and size of the package. All orders come with a tracking number so you can watch your item make it's way to their new home.
Please double-check name, address, and credit card information. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
If any issues arise, please call the delivery service's support phone number.
Once your order is dropped of with the carrier, it is out of our hands. Shipping times are approximate not guaranteed. Insurance can be purchased for an additional cost.
If item is lost in the mail; you are responsible to file the claim with USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected; if you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.
Delays and damage due to weather: We are also not responsible to weather related damage or delays. Once package leaves our hands, it is completely out of our control. You are responsible to file the claim with USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for delayed or damaged packages during transit.
If package is returned to us; you are responsible for paying for a new shipping label, service fees, and other fees related to reshipping your order. Please contact us with the correct address at hellodreamwolf@gmail.com to be shipped back to via UPS Ground only.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please review your shipping information and make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order. We will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer.
International Orders - at this time we can only ship within the continential US.
