We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item was damaged during shipping. Please inspect your order upon receiving item(s) to ensure they are not damaged and contact us immediately if they are or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..

 If you have any questions or to start a return, please email us at hellodreamwolf@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
